Speaking to the home sellers today...here are a few points mentioned:
* Half of all the homes sold in 2010 sold within 8-weeks of hitting the market.
* Final sales price to list price = 96%
How do price reductions work when selling?
* 43% of homes sold without a reduction in price
* 27% required one reduction in price
* 14% required two reductions in price
